What is it?
Project to implement a new cloud-based property appraisal system called Mobile Assessor, which allows Durham County Tax Department property appraisers to conduct appraisals in the field.
How does it impact the DCo Community?
The Cloud-Based Property System will allow property appraisers to work more efficiently in the field, resulting in faster and more accurate property assessments for the community.
When is this happening?
The project started in August 2023 and will be completed by February 2025.
