What is it?
Project is to engage a consulting partner to provide an expert, unbiased approach to assist the county in navigating its ERP journey. Building on the work already completed, the next set of activities will include requirement gathering, prioritization, and development of solution evaluation.
How does it impact the DCo Community?
The ERP Strategy & Roadmap project will help ensure the county chooses the best system for managing Durham County Government resources, resulting in better efficiency and support for community needs.
When is this happening?
The project started in February 2024 and will be completed by July 2025.
