Project to modernize Durham County’s internal intranet into a secure, accessible, and collaborative digital workspace that streamlines employee communication, workflows, and integration across departments.

Microsoft Co-Pilot-Plan to Launch

Project to develop a comprehensive plan for implementing Microsoft Co-pilot across Durham County, enabling AI-powered productivity, collaboration, and workflow enhancements for employees.

Business Impact Analysis for Continuity

Project to conduct a Business Impact Analysis (BIA) with a vendor partner to assess critical IS&T systems and services, supporting the development of a comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery framework.  

Duke Fiber

Project to establish County-owned fiber connections to remote County sites currently relying on third-party internet services, improving network reliability, security, and long-term cost efficiency.

County- Info Tech ERP Strategy Phase II

Project is to engage a consulting partner to provide an expert, unbiased approach to assist the county in navigating its ERP journey. Building on the work already completed, the next set of activities will include requirement gathering, prioritization, and development of solution evaluation. 

Social Services- ERP Transactional Level Data

Project to build a process to provide better audit-level data and create a more efficient payment process.
